• This package is only eligible for Aged 13 to 60 only.
• Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Age is determined by year of birth instead of exact date of birth

• Gift shop for souvenirs is available
• Children have to be accompanied by an adult at all times
• Visitors are required to store their shopping bags, photography equipment, large backpacks, and strollers at the luggage drop off area located after the check-in
• Photography equipment such as tripods, monopods, or anything similar are not allowed
• Eating, drinking, chewing gum and smoking are not allowed during the visit
• All visitors, baggage and personal items must pass through metal detectors at the security check point
• Visitors shall at all times adhere to and obey the signs, rules and regulations, and instructions from the authorities of the PETRONAS Twin Towers
• Visitors are ushered up in batches. Guests will be able to spend 15-20 minutes at the SkyBridge and then will go up to the observation deck
• Luggage and/or large bags are not allowed inside the venue. You may drop off your bags at reception before entering
• The management may remove any visitor who is behaving in an indecent, unruly, or disruptive manner or poses any kind of danger or discomfort to other visitors
• The management reserves the right to refuse any entry to any visitor(s)
• Important Note: The tickets are dated for a specific timeslot, please meet at the entrance gate at the specified time or you will risk being denied entry to the PETRONAS Twin Towers
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
