You only need a photo of your passport information page (valid for at least 6 months from entry date) and a portrait photo (3.5 x 4.5cm) with a white background.

4. What happens if my visa is rejected?

- Unfortunately, the $25 government fee and service fee are non-refundable, since both are used to process and submit your application.
- Rejections are rare if your documents and information are accurate.

5. Can I change my entry date or destination after submission?

No, once your documents have been submitted, they cannot be changed or edited. Please double-check all details before submitting, especially your entry port, entry date, and passport information.

6. How will I receive my E-Visa?

Your approved E-Visa will be sent to your email as a PDF file. Just print it out and present it at immigration when you arrive in Vietnam.

7. When should I apply for my E-Visa?

We recommend applying at least 5–7 days before your trip to avoid any delays — or choose one of our urgent options if you’re traveling soon.

8. Which entry points can I use with my E-Visa?

Vietnam E-Visa holders can enter through all international airports, land borders, and seaports in Vietnam.

9. What time should I place my order for urgent processing?
