Please wear comfortable sturdy shoes and please bring some water and a snack

Keep an eye on the weather and bring a waterproof, warm jacket, clothes and gloves for cooler weather

This tour is suitable for healthy pregnant women

Thus tour is unsuitable for those with limited mobility
