Eligibility for Taiwanese National Ticket (excluding 101F admission)

1. Senior Ticket:

• Applicable for visitors aged 65 or above.
• Must present one of the following IDs for verification: ID card / Passport / ARC / NHI card / Household registration.

• Applicable to military personnel, police officers, firefighters in active duty, veterans, military dependants, and military academy students who are Taiwan nationals.
• Must present one of the following IDs for verification: Military ID / Veteran certificate / Military dependent certificate / Military academy student ID / Police or firefighter ID.

• Applies to visitors with disabilities and one accompanying visitor (Taiwanese national).
• Must present a disability certificate and one of the following IDs for verification: ID card / Passport / ARC / NHI card / Household registration.

Ticket holders must present their ID card and student ID upon entry.

5. Free Admission for Children:
- Non-Taiwan Nationals:

• Child must be under 115 cm in height and accompanied by one adult.
• Height measurement is available on-site.

• Child must be under 115 cm in height or under 6 years old, and accompanied by one adult.
• Must present one of the following IDs for verification: ID card / Passport / ARC / NHI card / Household registration.

• The operating time may change due to Lunar New Year and consecutive holidays, please refer to the official website for details.
• Travellers are required to go through a security check upon admission, please do not bring outside food & drinks, pets and prohibited items with you.
• Travellers are required to follow all on-site regulations at all times.
• For packages including 101F entry: 101F opening hours: 11:00 am–8:00 pm, last admission: 7:00 pm. Each visit session is 1 hour. Check-in on the 89th floor is open 10 minutes before every session.
• Notice will be given if the 101F is hosting a private event on the same day as your booking that will affect your visit.
• Unredeemed vouchers can be cancelled for free. For cancellations due to force majeure factors, the supplier reserves the right to accept or deny the cancellation/refund requests.
• For bookings including food and beverages, KKday is under no obligation to provide ingredients and allergen info and can't guarantee that all products sold do no include allergens. If you have allergies, diet restrictions or special dietary needs, please confirm with the restaurant before redemption.
• Group packages (for 2, 3, 4 or more) require all visitors in the same booking to enter together at the same time. Partial refund is not possible.
