• Travelers who are 150 cm or above are required to purchase an adult ticket. 
• Travelers with a valid adult ticket may bring one child under 3 years old or under 100 cm in height free of charge, excluding holders of discounted tickets such as student or concession tickets.
• Travelers under 18 years old may purchase a Youth Ticket, and minors who are 150 cm or above must present valid ID and student ID for verification.
• Travelers aged 3 to 11 years old or with a height between 100 cm and 149 cm are eligible for a child ticket, while travelers under 100 cm in height can enter free of charge.
• Travelers aged 65 years or above are eligible to purchase a senior ticket.

1. Important Notice:

• Present your valid ID for direct verification and access.
• If your ID is not a second-generation Mainland Resident ID Card, for example, a Residence Permit for Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan Residents, a Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, a passport, or a Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, you must enter accurate and valid ID details when purchasing tickets.
• On the day of your visit, please bring the original ID used for booking to the park’s manual service counter to collect your admission ticket or voucher.
• Entry requires presenting the original ID together with the admission voucher at the ticket gate for verification. The ticket, ID, and visitor must match for entry.

2. Admission Notice:

• All visitors entering Chimelong theme parks and circus venues must pass security checks and open bags for inspection. Controlled items, flammable or explosive materials, and other prohibited items are strictly forbidden.
• At Chimelong Safari Park, Chimelong Birds Park, and Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, outside food and drinks are not allowed except infant food and a reasonable amount of water. Other Chimelong parks and circus venues allow personal food, but items requiring heating, temperature control, or with strong odors are not permitted.
  
• Some facilities have height and physical requirements. Please decide which activities you can participate in based on your personal health conditions.
• For the safety of other children, "parent-child safety ropes" are not allowed in the park. Selfie sticks are prohibited on amusement rides, during gatherings, and in crowded areas.
• In case of severe weather conditions that do not meet the safety requirements for equipment operation (such as thunderstorms, rain, snow, hail, fog, heavy rain, typhoons, etc.), some large-scale outdoor amusement rides will be suspended, and performances in the park may be temporarily or partially canceled.

3. Quantity Guide:

• For the same park/circus venue, the same valid ID can purchase up to 3 tickets on the same date of use and up to [number] tickets in the same calendar year.
• 30 admission tickets (excluding child tickets).
• If the same ID is used to purchase multiple admission tickets for the same date at the same park/circus venue, the ID holder must be present.
• Use one admission ticket to enter the venue, and accompanying travelers booked with the same ID must enter at the same time with the ticket holder.
