1. Important Notes

• Eating in vehicles, walking barefoot, making loud noises or disturbances, damaging the environment, graffiti, climbing on restricted structures, drinking in vehicles, smoking inside vehicles, and using flash photography are strictly prohibited.
• Sleeveless tops, tank tops, cropped tops, sheer clothing, shorts, ripped jeans, leggings, or mini skirts that expose excessive skin are not permitted.
• Outfits that may cause discomfort or offend other visitors are not allowed.
• Clothing that may be mistaken for staff uniforms or performer costumes is prohibited.
• Medium to large dogs, aggressive breeds, large wild cats, birds of prey, or any aggressive animals are not allowed. Alcohol, drugs, flammable materials, dangerous tools, weapons, explosives, hazardous chemicals, and other prohibited items according to the regulations of the departure and destination countries are strictly forbidden.
• Visitors must carry a Mainland Chinese ID card or a passport for identification when required.
• Travelers who feel unwell before or on the day of the trip must inform the organizer in advance. The organizer will not be responsible for any incidents caused by undisclosed health conditions.
• Travelers should avoid dangerous behavior during the trip and pay attention to their personal safety and personal belongings at all times.
• If the number of visitors is fewer than ten, some attractions may not waive the guide’s admission ticket. Travelers who choose packages that include guide services may need to cover the guide’s entrance ticket cost. Please consult customer support for details.
• For entry to paid attractions on the day of the visit, identification is required. Mainland Chinese residents must bring their ID card. • For services that include a guided tour package, the duration of the guided tour may vary by approximately half an hour depending on factors such as the number of attractions, the complexity of the explanations, visitor interaction, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• We can arrange Chinese-speaking guides, guides who speak other languages, and different vehicle types such as minibuses, mid-size buses, or larger buses. Please contact the merchant’s customer support for assistance.
• Various vehicle types are available, including standard 5-seater family cars, business vehicles, SUVs, BBA vehicles, minibuses, mid-size buses, and buses. The service corresponds to a representative vehicle type, and the trip will be arranged with vehicles of the same class.
• Services such as attraction ticket reservations and ticket purchasing assistance are available. For private charter tours, the exact number of travelers per vehicle may vary, so attraction tickets are usually not included in the price. Travelers who require tickets should contact the merchant’s customer support.
• For visitors who purchase the guide service package, if the group size is relatively large, for example, more than five people, some attractions may require the use of headphones to ensure a better experience for all visitors.
