• Moiwa Mountain Observation Deck (もいわ山 山頂展望台)
• Moiwa Mountain, located in the heart of Sapporo City, is 531 meters above sea level and has been named one of Japan's three new night view cities. See the brilliant lights in the streets and alleys of Sapporo from the observatory on the top of the mountain. Take the Mt. Moiwa Ropeway from the mountain's base to the slope, then ride the world's first Mini Cable Car, Morisu-Car, to the mountain's summit. Ring the "Bell of Happiness (幸せの鐘)" with your special someone and leave a love lock with hearts engraved on the railing. Love locks are available at Mt. Moiwa Souvenir Shop and The Jewels at Sancho Station (山頂駅, station on the top of the mountain). In addition, the moon seen from the observatory is so gorgeous that it was named one of Japan's "100 Most Famous Moons."
