Lisbon is a city full of history and charm. I loved wandering through the narrow streets of Alfama and listening to traditional Fado music in the evening. The view from Miradouro da Senhora do Monte was unforgettable.

Sao Jorge Castle provides sweeping views over all of Lisbon and the Tagus River. Exploring the medieval ramparts and watching peacocks wander the grounds was both fun and relaxing. The castle’s history and gardens are just as impressive as the view itself.
