- The operator will contact you from 20:00 to 21:00, one day in advance, to confirm the pick-up time and location; please check your Messenger app during this time.
- Arrive at the meet-up location 10 minutes before the scheduled activity time

- Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded
👥 Eligibility:
- Children aged 9+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Free for children aged 0-4 as long as they will not occupy separate seats
- A paying adult can only bring maximum 1 child aged 0-4. A child ticket will be required for each additional child
