Founded in 2023, Lily Elephant Camp is Phuket’s first seaside elephant sanctuary, located in Yamu, Paklok. Spanning 20 acres, the camp is dedicated to elephant welfare, education, and sustainable living. Visitors can observe daily mahout routines, interact closely with the elephants, and enjoy distinctive experiences such as beach walks and bathing, while gaining insight into and supporting meaningful elephant conservation efforts.

Get hands-on with elephants

Upon arrival, receive a warm welcome and a brief introduction to the elephants, including their background, personalities, and respectful interaction guidelines.

Preparing elephant's meal

You'll get to prepare and even plant food for the elephants, giving you a deeper understanding of their dietary needs and how we ensure they stay healthy.

Feed elephants

Enjoy a rewarding experience by feeding the elephants their prepared meal. It's the best way to get to know them and earn their trust.

Beach walk

Join a friendly, relaxing walk with the elephants through our beautiful natural surroundings to a private beach.

Bathe and brush elephants

This is the highlight of your day! You'll get to bathe and play with the elephants in the sea. The saltwater helps them relax and naturally soothes their skin.

Final freshwater rinse

After their fun in the ocean, we'll bring them back for a final freshwater bath to ensure their skin stays clean and irritation-free.

Basic health check

Learn to perform a basic health check, observing their behavior and vital signs to ensure they are happy and healthy.

Making vitamin balls

End the experience by helping prepare vitamin balls, a nutritious treat that keeps the elephants healthy and strong.

Relax

After your rewarding time with the elephants, it's time to recharge with a delicious and well-deserved authentic Thai lunch prepared by our local chef. Our meals are Halal, and we can accommodate other dietary needs.
