How To Select Your Distance Package:

Our fares are based on distance zones from Tan Son Nhat Airport (SGN) and vice versa. You are responsible for selecting the correct package.

• Check the distance from your pick-up/drop-off address to the airport.
• Choose the package that matches your distance range.

If the actual distance exceeds your selected package, the driver is authorized to collect the fare difference before the trip begins, or your booking may be cancelled.

Purchase Notice: 

• For Arrival Transfers: During peak travel seasons, immigration and baggage claim at the airport may take longer. Your driver will monitor your flight and wait for you, but please proceed to the meeting point promptly after landing.
• For Departure Transfers: Traffic to the airport can be much heavier than usual during local holidays or major events. To ensure you arrive on time for your flight, we strongly recommend scheduling your pick-up time earlier to account for potential delays.
• If you have children, elderly people or special needs, please communicate with customer service in advance.
• If you have large luggage, please communicate with customer service in advance.
• Pet-friendly service is not available.
